The Design

The purpose of the site was to highlight the location of the hotels – West Yellowstone – and showcase the natural beauty of the area, while also communicating hotel-specific information. I wanted the user to get an authentic sense of the experience at Yellowstone Park, using organic textures, colors and imagery. I incorporated into the design some of the wildlife at the park, as well as park imagery to inspire nature lovers, photography enthusiasts and sightseers – the site’s target demographic.
