SENIOR UI/UX Designer

  • Presented and evangelized concepts in user-centered design and atomic design in meetings with executives, marketing, in-house and remote dev teams.
  • Introduced and implemented Sketch, InVision, UXPin and other tools/concepts to department heads, creative & development team members.
  • Conducted, analyzed and presented qualitative and quantitative research, identified patterns and proposed rationale or solutions/recommendations to inform design decisions.
  • Developed personas based on internal discovery meetings with marketing and upper-level management.
  • Created atomic design system with atomic elements in Sketch, created responsive UI elements and fluid responsive websites in Sketch using Auto Layout and LaunchPad.
